This is a small front yard with a tiny old patio, some grass, and overgrown shrubs.  Much of the lot is shaded by the oak tree at some point during the day.

This was the wish list:

     *Low water use

     *Low maintenance

     *Front patio

​

The project was simple enough that they completed the project themselves.
